1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Greenlight website, documentation, and any Greenlight Cloud or hosted services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). The self-hosted Community edition of Greenlight is separately governed by its software license (see Licensing), not these Terms.
2. Accounts
If the Services require an account (for example, a Greenlight Cloud account), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services to violate any applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Do not use the Services to resell a substantially similar hosted product, except as permitted by the applicable license.
4. Fees and billing
Paid tiers of the Services (Cloud, Enterprise) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state in writing.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent via the Contact page.
